ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

7:00 P.M. Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula B. Keefe, Ellen Abelson, Richard

Gorden and Mark Mazur

1. The Board reviewed and then approved, as amended, the minutes from our 11/29/07 meeting.

2. The Board was told that we are scheduled to present our Capital Outlay Request

To the Capital Outlay Committee at 8:10 tonight.

3. The Board granted a fiscal 2008 clause 17D exemption to the owner of parcel

#110-6.

4. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2009 applications for

classification under M.G.L. Chapter 61A or 61B:

            G. & G. Steinberg (61A) granted for one parcel

            Parrish Family Trust (61A) granted for one parcel

            R. Morse, Jr. (61A) granted for two parcels

Franksim Properties, Inc. (61B) granted for two parcels

            Sharon Country Club (61B) granted for five parcels

Massapoag Sportsmen’s Club, Inc. (61B) granted for two parcels

            Sharon Fish & Game Club, Inc. (61B) granted for seven parcels

5. The Board signed the following notices of action on FY2009 applications for

classification under M.G.L. Chapter 61A or 61B:
